Im not sure what Im doing wrong but Im unable to even create an account which it seems can only be done thru the app. It simply doesnt show any stores when I search my zip (and many others that I tried) and since I cant choose/follow any store, it doesnt go to the next page where supposedly I wud be able to create the account!! Cant find any link to get support for the issue.

Find and select a Home Goods store near you. View random photos of inventory randomly posted at random times. What the fn for?! I can this information from your site! Take a cue from your own website! And at least* offer Customer Finds and allow users to post. As is this app is useless.

I thought by now they would have worked out the problems with their app, but sadly they have not. When you want to email or share an item listing - its very hit or miss. Id say once out of every 10 times Ive hit the share button does it actually work. Then I have tried to write a message through their "report a problem" link and I hit "submit" and guess what happens....NOTHING! Also, you cannot simply save a picture listing to your phone. Whats that about??? And finally, if you add a picture listing to your "favorites" list and pull it up later - it will only show the picture of the item...NOT the other info on the original listing such as store location or price of item. This is a very lame app with very few capabilities. Please fix or why bother to have an APP?!?!

Im a huge fan of Home Goods & was excited to find this app. Unfortunately, whomever is choosing the items to photograph at my local store (Seal Beach) is posting pics of the tackiest items available! Where are the pretty cake stands, chic dinnerware, Kate Spade items, & colorful office supplies? Not on this app...

I like the sneak peak to whats available! I wish they would post more!

I love seeing the new rugs and furniture items in the stores near Dallas! Makes it a lot easier than going to the stores themselves to find great items!

The point of this app is what, exactly? Soft-focus shots of random items with no info whatsoever... Sure would not encourage me to run right to the store. They missed the boat on this one; NOT a good way to market your product(s)!

Its as if youd unleashed a 12 year old girl to take pics of the most mundane items. "Cool lamp" "comfy chair". The captions/photos do not make me want to shop here. (and Im a lifelong fan)

Cant search for items so it makes it kind of annoying to have to scroll through everything. You cant even filter for type of item.

I think the a very helpful feature would be to have the dimensions of the furniture pieces and rugs.

I downloaded this app hoping for info on deals or specials, but there isnt a section for it. Theres no way to filter for department or search. The only capabilities the app has are for store employees to upload photos. No dates, no quantities, no availability.

So glad it exists as I finally found my favorite accent chair.

Doesnt do much. Tries to enter the app space but due to the Home Goods model its difficult to show actual products that are available in stores.

really nice app

I would love for this app to be great and really be able to feel like Im shopping in the store. It would be nice to be able to buy an item online so I knew it would be there when I got there. Instead I have to send a message to the store, wait for them to reply and I dont get an alert when they reply. They only put a few items on each day and most of the time its stupid items. Since I can buy many smaller items through your website dont post small items. Theres no way to search. Nothing is grouped like furniture, bedding, etc. Its a jumbled mess and sadly a waste of time.

Easy to use but I wish the store would reply or acknowledge photo comments or answer questions from users. Also it would be nice if they included measurements in their furniture posts.

Not too bad. I wish measurements were included with the items. Simple fix. And more items from different departments.

I thought I would be able to search the store through the app. Put a search field in.

I love seeing all the new items at my local stores. Ive scored a few good deals with this app.

Homegoods is my favorite store for anything you need in the home. Lets face it, you dont always have time to "check out" whats new, so Im constantly on the app, seeing what is new. It couldnt be easier. Im truly in love with this app. I browse when Im broke, just to get some inspiration. Its simply the best!
