The photos my store in Glendale posts are worthless, no thought goes into what to post, and not helpful at all.
I get a mini fix of HomeGoods and can check out some of the cute things in my local stores. Its basically just more motivation to go shopping.
Love seeing whats in store.
This app is not updated on a daily basis. It is not user friendly at all .
I love looking to see what they have in store each day. That being said, it would be nice if: 1. They would give measurements to items such as furniture and art work only so I dont waste my time finding out that it doesnt fit the space. AND 2. Allow you to purchase things online and pick them up at the store.
It signs me out every time, and I cant get back in. Would be great if it worked. Great store, stupid app.
Its cool to follow a bunch of the different stores but the app just doesnt properly work. It doesnt save my stores that I follow; you constantly need to sign in, why?; the uploaded pictures are often blurry and the descriptions arent great; the grammar in the descriptions drives me nuts. Youre representing a store and trying to sell products. Maybe you should spend more than 3 seconds on the items.
Nice app. I like checking out what new items they may have available. Thats the whole point, items they may have available. Theres no guarantee those items will be there when you get there. Would be nice if you could see all available items and reserve them or purchase them online and pick up at that specific store.

Pour app, slow and not a lot of options. There is no ditch option and in order to find anything you have to scroll through the whole inventory, nothing stated when inventory was updated and when I found item finally i liked it was sold 2 weeks ago at the stored. This told me that this app is not up to date. Would not recommend it to download. End up removing it right away.
Just read every issue in the one star reviews of all The Goods app and you will have a summation of every problem I have had with this erratic and bug riddled registration, sign in, lockout, and app use process! Ugh! Loved HomeGoods but these app problems are changing my mind. As an interior designer, I cant run to one of three local stores to check special finds.
Not bad, but needs a few more features to be a good, useful app. A search function across stores would be extremely helpful. Ability to browse by category would be great too.
Since the the most recent update I can not log in and use the app. I have reset my password multiple and still nothing. Very disappointed!!
App doesnt even have a search bar. It shows a small inventory of random items. No categories are shown nor names of brands being sold there. App is slow and not up to date. Not even staff at HomeGoods have any idea about the app or items listed there. Dont download it... Youll waste your time.
Love Home Goods and TJ Maxx. Wish there was a HG in my town. The next best thing is getting a peak of their inventory with this app. Wish they always included the price. Would be nice to know if there were coordinating items at other stores. Surprised how many times I find a single chair, lamp or dresser when I need more than one of the same thing.
If your app isnt optimized to be viewed in landscape mode, its automatically a piece of junk in my book. This app is pretty useless

Password reset functionality is not working, youll grow old waiting for the password reset email. Now easy way to contact someone for support.
Have to sign in every time, doesnt take my "correct" password- so I request to reset AGAIN, never get your email with re-set WORTHLESS cant even get in. Great potential if anyone bothered to care & fix PLEASE fix your app! Details needing attention noted below but please also fix so we dont have to sign in every time, the point of an app is convenience, we shouldnt have to sign in every time opening app. This app is awful. 1. Photos are showing one day and the next morning says no photos but there are photos, I just saw them yesterday (this happens regularly) this obviously is not the stores issue, but is the apps problem 2. I emailed app support 3 times, never getting a solution 3. Trying to reset my password, will not accept and yes Im inputting the correct amount of characters, lower & upper case, and symbol or number - ridiculous 4. Deleted and reinstalled app, didnt solve anything What a shame, could be a great app if anyone cared enough to fix it. Is anyone out there? Do you have app employees that know how to fix the app? We would all appreciate your attention.
